    Great holster but...

    Great build quality. Fit and finish was great. Only one issue. Was able to take my gun in and out without it in my belt. Left the gun in the holster for a few days went to draw it from the waist and it would not come out. Also, plastic keeps wearing off from the retention bump onto the light. Had to loosen screws but works great now. Glock holster I bought from ARS doesn't do that.

    I have some very high-end holsters for other pistols, from other companies that are considered the best in the industry, but none of them met all my requirements for my Sig P365 X-Macro/XL Hybrid with the Streamlight TLR7 Sub. Advanced Retention was the *only* one that met all my requirements.
    Requirements:
    1. Light-bearing
    2. Slim/low profile for summer carry.
    3. Small, comfortable built-in wedge.
    4. Color options (e.g., “Safety Orange” in my case).
    5. High-quality retention options (DCC Monobloc and metal retention clips).
    Many holster companies had 3 of these features, but none had all 5 of what I required. Thank you, friends, at Advanced Retention.

    I've spent probably hundreds of hours looking at holsters, dissecting the builds, looking for specific options and quality and then reading and watching reviews. I chose Advanced Retention for several reasons. The short version... And why I can confidently say this is one of the best holsters out there. (My new personal favorite and I own many)... the retention is phenomenal. The fit and finish is great. The time and effort to hone the molds. The built in wedge. The base price hooks and claw... But maybe the best part of the entire order and experience with this company above a GREAT product that lives up to the company name was the time it took from order to receiving for me was one week. 5-6 days. Mind blown!! Advanced Retention if y'all are reading, you make fantastic products but your turn around time is second to none. I'm 5'10 180 lbs athletic frame. I carry appendix and have trouble printing with a great belt in t-shirts. Well that's a thing of the past now. This holster makes my carry invisible. Super impressed folks. Keep up the great work Advanced Retention. If you are on the fence this is the holster!!
